Refund & Cancellation

1. Try before you pay
Every new user gets 30 days of full access without giving us any payment details. That is deliberate. We would rather you found out the product doesn't suit you while it costs you nothing than ask for your money back afterwards.
2. Refunds on paid plans
Subscriptions are billed annually in advance and are not refundable once purchased.
We will refund you in full in these cases:
- Duplicate payment. You were charged twice for the same plan and period.
- Service not delivered. A failure on our side prevented you from using the plan you paid for, and we could not fix it within 7 days of you telling us.
- We discontinue the service. You get a pro-rata refund of the unused period.
- Unauthorised payment. Someone paid using your account without your authority and you tell us within 30 days.
We will not refund because you did not use the service, because your tax outcome was not what you hoped, or because you changed your mind after the trial.
3. How to request a refund
Email info@karsahayta.com with your registered WhatsApp number, the payment reference, and what happened. We respond within 3 working days.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 working days. Your bank may take a few days more to show it.
4. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the plan renewing; it does not refund the current period, and you keep full access until that period ends.
To cancel, message us on WhatsApp or email info@karsahayta.com.
5. What happens to your data
Cancelling a subscription does not delete your data. Your documents and past calculations stay available in read-only form, so you can still see your filing history.
If you want your data erased as well, send STOP on WhatsApp. That is a separate and permanent action, described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Upgrades and downgrades
Upgrading mid-year costs the difference between plans, pro-rated for the time remaining. Downgrading takes effect at your next renewal; we do not refund the difference mid-period.
